A showcase of new, rare breeds and 150 different total breeds and a “Puppy Match” are just some of the highlights participants and the public can expect at the upcoming Greater Fort Myers Dog Show coming to Lee Civic Center.

Here are some photos of our Meet the Breed booth. We were busy all afternoon on Saturday when we arrived since people had read the newspaper article and then Sunday we were busy from the minute we arrived in the morning until we left around 2pm.
I handed out all of our flyers and cards. The local news station had a camera crew out to the show and they filmed the dogs.
Below are photos taken during a brief break in visitors to our booth. Hanna and Star are shown on the table waiting to greet visitors.

I had several judges stop by and see the Pods and one had seen the ones in Oregon and attended that seminar. All weekend everyone was asking me question about them and when we were going to be in Miss.class. Several people had seen them at Cruffs and fell in love with them. They were very excited to see them at this show. There is a lot of people very interested in these dogs. I had many people take the info sheet on them and were asking about puppies, something we don't have to many of right now. These are show people that want to have them to show. The more we get them out the more they are noticed. I had a great time showing them off.

Pensacola Florida - Responsible dog owners night out - Meet the Breeds
2 Pequeno wire females - The females were 7 & 8 months old....they spent the night greeting visitors and walking around the busy event. Star (8 month old on left) went into the main ring during the Hound group demonstration where each breed was discussed to educate the crowd watching the various events.

Meet the breed booth & AKC Judges Seminar- Region: Central
Location: Muncie Indiana at the Iced Tea Cluster dog show.
We were unable to have pequenos at this event but Medios and the first Grande smooth in the country were on hand.
15 June - Breed Education - AKC Judges Seminar: Region: Pacific Northwest
Cascade Hound Association in Portland Oregon was the location for this Meet the Breed booth and AKC Judges seminar. We were unable to get a Pequeno on hand for the booth and seminar since the owner was unable to make it to the event at the last minute. However, we had materials on hand with lots of photos and information. The AKC Judges seminar was very successful with 8 more AKC judges having the opportunity to learn about the breed.
