All proposals for ideas, suggestions, requests to host upcoming events etc. Must be written and submitted throught this committee.
The proposal must be complete and detailed. The committee will review all proposals and coorespond with the submitter to clarify details.
Once the proposal is complete, it will be submitted to the board for consideration. The Proposal chair will report back to the submitter with the board decision.
